UK Shipping times

I can't believe I even have to write this but yo! I'm not fucking Amazon. I work a full time job and work shifts, so if you order at 5pm at night, you absolutely wont get your records the next day. It is just me who runs this ship, so please be patient. I try to go to the post office between once and three times per week. This differs depending on what shifts I'm working. You'll get notified when I've shipped your order via email. I send everything first class, so in theory your record should be with you within a day or two from receiving the email to say it's been dispatched.

International Shipping

International shipping is expensive, and the whole Brexit thing has completely fucked things up for sending packages in and out of the UK. Hopefully, one day Wales will regain its independence, rejoin the EU and wont have to deal with this crap anymore. But in the meantime, yes. It fucking sucks. Despite this, whilst there is no option in the store to ship anywhere other than the UK, I am still happy to ship things internationally. Drop me a message via the contact page and we can work something out. Though bare in mind that you may incur taxes and fees from customs and that. If you do, that is completely out of my control and I will absolutely not pay for it. Sorry. If that's a problem, I can almost guarantee that there's a distro closer to you that stocks the same, if not better releases that I do! Google is your best mate.

Refunds

Unless the record is damaged, I cannot offer refunds sorry. If the record is damaged in transit, please contact me via the contact page and we'll sort something out. I will need to see a photo of the damage though. I've had someone try and fuck me over with this before, and I'm still bitter about it.

Holding records

Can't afford a record until payday? Not a problem! Contact me via the contact page with the record you want me to hold, and I'll put it aside for you (within reason). If you don't pay up within 4 weeks, the item will be put back on sale and I will never hold anything for you ever again. People have also tried to fuck me over with this, and yup. I'm still bitter about it.

I only do paypal for now. Sorry. Unless you're local and know me personally. In which case, come around with hard cash for a tinnie.
