UK Shipping Times
Let’s be real—I’m not Amazon. I run this by myself while juggling a full-time job, so if you order at 5pm, don’t expect your records to land on your doorstep the next day. I hit the post office between once and three times a week, depending on my schedule. You’ll get an email when your order’s on its way, and I always ship First Class, so you should have it in a couple of days after that.
International Shipping
Shipping internationally is pricey, and Brexit has made it even more of a headache. While the shop doesn’t offer international shipping by default, I’m more than happy to sort it out for you. Just drop me a message through the contact page and we’ll figure it out. Bear in mind that customs fees, taxes, or handling charges might be added once it lands in your country, and I have zero control over that. If it’s an issue, there’s probably a distro near you that carries similar (or better) releases. Google’s your friend here.
Refunds
Refunds are only possible if the record arrives damaged. If that happens, reach out to me via the contact page, and we’ll sort it out. You’ll need to send a photo of the damage to process any replacements or refunds.
Holding Records
Can’t pay right now but want to grab something? No problem—just let me know through the contact page, and I’ll hold it for you. But be aware, holds are only good for up to four weeks. If payment doesn’t come through by then, the item goes back up for sale, and I won’t hold anything for you in the future.
